Eclectic Couture was launched in 2008 and quickly became a hit among the young, hip, fashionable scene in Southern California. The frilly, feminine line quickly became a favorite with beach bunnies, party goers and other trend-setters.
The name behind the line is Annie Supinger, a born and raised San Diego girl who decided to pursue her fashion designer dreams at the encouragement of her family and close friends. After numerous inquiries about her personal style, she knew she had to go for it. “I have always loved making an outfit that would make me stand out; something that no one else would be wearing,” Supinger says.
Eclectic Couture is definitely for the girl who has to stand out. The line consists of several items you could wear for a day in the sun or for a night on the town, including dresses, tops, shorts as well as a line of bikinis, Eclectic Swim.
Everything is 100% hand-made with love and spunk and attention to every little detail. Supinger even models her own designs (she’s the blond).
